Permissions for Sellbery in Amazon Seller Central
To investigate problems with inventory and orders between Amazon and Sellbery, we need to get limited access to your Amazon Seller Central Account.
Please follow these steps to give Sellbery limited access:
In the Amazon Seller Account, go to Settings > User Permissions.
Add a new user with the name and email address provided below and click “Invite”.
Name: Sellbery
Email Address: support@sellbery.com
After accepting an invitation from us, the Sellbery user will show up in the “Current User” area.
Click the “Manage Permissions” button and you will be redirected to a User Permissions page.
Please give the full permissions in Inventory and Orders sections by clicking "View & Edit" buttons.
Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to save changes.
