Order Sync

The All Orders section on Sellbery displays the list of orders imported from all connected sales channels.

Every order is imported with the general information such as:

External channel from which the order has been imported
Order ID
Order Status
Order Date
Product price

The orders can be searched by Order ID or filtered by status, date range or Sellbery Connection name.

All new orders made after connecting to Sellbery will be imported automatically. You also can refresh the order information manually with the help of the Update Orders button.

Sellbery updates your orders once per hour.

At this time, orders cannot be fulfilled on Sellbery! Every order on the table has a link to the original system from which it has been imported. You can switch to the order information immediately to review it or process the order on the external system.
