Mapping Attributes and Values
Mapping is necessary step to tell Sellbery how to create your products in External Systems like eBay or Etsy.
You can map your product attributes and their values from a product page (single mapping) or a product list page (bulk mapping).
Go to Export Service > Product > Variations tab.
Click the "Mapping" button. You will be redirected to a mapping page.
Go to Export Service
Use the checkboxes to select each product you want to map.
Click the "Mapping" button. You will be redirected to the mapping page.

At the top of the mapping page, you can see the category and quantity of the products that will be mapped.
The left menu contains the following:
Sellbery attribute's names
Attribute Values Quantity
Notifications
Green Notification
The green notification indicates that all values correspond, and mapping is not required.
Red Notification
The red notification is only a warning indicating that some values are empty or have characters over the maximum limit.
The mapping area contains the following:
Sellbery and External System columns
Attributes mapping area
Values mapping area
Green link
When attributes and values correspond, they will be indicated by a green link.
Red link
If attributes and values aren't corresponded or have errors, they will be indicated by a red link.
There are two ways to map your products:
With predefined attributes and values
With custom attributes and values
We recommend you use the predefined data from the External Systems; otherwise, buyers need to be able to filter their results based on custom variations in their catalog. This is a limitation of the External Systems.
Automatic Mapping
By default, Sellbery automatically maps all of your attributes and their values if it's possible.
If Sellbery can make the match between attributes or values from the External systems, it will be mapped automatically. However, it only works for predefined options.
Manual Mapping
If Sellbery does not automatically map attributes and values, you need to map them manually using a drop-down menu or adding custom data.
Adding custom data
You can use custom values with predefined attributes if the External systems allow it.
Click the attribute or value you want to edit.
Enter a name for the attribute or value in a text field (start typing).
Click "Add item" under the text field.
Please note that the predefined values aren't available for custom attributes.
You may use the custom attributes with the custom values.
